That’s how many pages my “first” story is. I spent the last few days formatting it into a 5 by 8 inch book (bigger than the normal paperback) and I know that there are a few more pages I want to add, plus all the thank you stuff that most authors put in their books. That should bring me up to 304 and make me competitive with the other books this size.
The next question will be, how many books should I order? I don’t want to order too much but I don’t want to under buy either. At least I have a year to figure that part out. Plus, in looking at my quick notes from last night I realize that I should never do math after 11 pm. (I was off by a power of ten in one calc.)
At least finishing this quick formatting gave me a much needed boost to keep working. Now I just need to call the Flyers and get myself a chat with a real player and hopefully a wife of a real player too. Keep your fingers crossed for me!
